There was at least one demonstration in Seoul about this, but for some reason the Koreans I know aren't concerned. (And I live right near the DMZ.)
There seems to be a lot going on as far as peace talks between the North and South--and while I know the government is outraged with the North's testings, public opinion doesn't seem affected (at least from a foreigner's point of view).
